The newly-single ‘Pirate of the Caribbean’ star was seen with the ‘Volver’ actress – who used to date Tom Cruise – at Hyde in Los Angeles on Monday (25.09.06).

A warrant has been issued for Naomi Campbell’s arrest.

A judge ordered the supermodel to be taken into custody after she failed to appear in court on Wednesday (27.09.06) on charges of attacking her housekeeper.

Adjourning the case, Judge James Gibbons of the Manhattan Criminal Court warned Campbell’s lawyer David Breitbart: “She is absolutely obligated to appear at the next court date or the law will go into effect.

Trying to explain his client’s no show, Breitbart said: “The press are all over this girl. There are over 100 cameramen outside this courthouse.”
However, the judge dismissed his argument saying, “they have a right to be there”. New York prosecutors claim the supermodel, 36, threw a cell phone at her housekeeper, Ana Scolavino, hitting her on the back of the head.

Breitbart had wanted to explain Campbell's absence to the judge privately, but Gibbons denied the request.

Sir Paul McCartney is set to face serious allegations about his treatment of estranged wife Heather Mills in the divorce courts, it has been reported

Lawyer Antony Julius has been compiling a file of complaints Heather has made about the former Beatles legend and Heather is reportedly determined not to be portrayed as the “bad guy” in court.

A source told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper: “Heather has made a series of very serious allegations against Paul which are set to come out in court. She feels her character has been damaged irrevocably by stories leaked about her. If all goes to plan, what has happened in this marriage will not remain secret.

“Heather will not want to go down in history as ‘Evil Heather’ – the bad guy in this marriage.”

Since the pair split in May, allegations emerged that Heather was once was a high-class prostitute – claims which she vehemently denies - and pictures were published of her posing naked in a German sex book.

The source revealed: “Heather feels she has been struggling against the might of ‘Team Macca’ since the break-up. She feels that Paul’s side has been constantly leaking stories about her. Stories about her being offered £30 million for a quickie divorce and turning it down.

“There has been no offer yet. She has £1 million in a bank account and that’s it.”

A key part of the evidence against Paul is said to be the taped conversation between the 64-year-old and his daughter Stella.

The source said: “The pair are heard speaking unguardedly about their true feelings for Heather. The fact that this tape fell into Heather’s hand has been unfortunate for Paul and is bound to cost him dear. Heather’s lawyers will certainly be using it as a bargaining tool.”

Brad Pitt and Sacha Baron Cohen are going to make a film together.

The ‘Ocean’s Thirteeen’ star is a big Ali G and Borat fan, he even held his own private screening of the new Borat movie, and the ‘Fight Club’ star is determined to work with his comedy hero.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: “Sacha and Brad have been talking about making a feature film for a while, but they’ve really bonded since Brad screened the Borat movie.

Paris Hilton has been charged with drunk-driving.

The 'House of Wax' actress was arrested in the early hours of September 7 while driving her silver Mercedes-Benz "erratically" in Hollywood, according to police in Los Angeles.

If found guilty Paris could face a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.

However, Lawrence Taylor, an attorney who specialises in handling DUI cases, thinks she will get off lightly.

He revealed: "I'd be very surprised if she does any jail time.

"If she pleads guilty, she'd likely pay a fine, attend DUI school and be on probation for three years."

At the time of her arrest, Paris’ spokesman Elliot Mintz said: "Paris regrets the entire event. She had never been arrested before, so to go through the police procedure was very disorienting for her. It was personally humiliating for her. She is not taking it lightly or frivolously."

At the time of the incident, Paris was on her way back from a charity event with Kimberly Stewart, the daughter of singer Rod Stewart. She was taken to the police station for a sobriety test.

Later that morning, Paris called Ryan Seacrest's radio show on KISS FM radio station in Los Angeles claiming she hadn't eaten anything the day of her arrest, had drank one margarita at an event that evening and was on her way to a fast food restaurant when she was pulled over.

Sir Paul McCartney has dedicated his new album to his first wife Linda.

The former Beatle’s latest musical creation – an orchestral work in four movements called ‘Ecce Cor Meum’ – contains a piece called ‘Interlude’ which Sir Paul says is a wordless tribute to Linda, who died after losing her battle with breast cancer in 1998.

Speaking at the launch of the album, in London, yesterday (25.09.06), he revealed: “I started the album when Linda was alive, so it has a lot of my feelings for her in it.

“When she died it stalled me. I just couldn’t do anything, I was grieving. I gradually got back into it and wrote my sadness out.

“The interlude in the middle is a particularly sad melody and is what got me going again. Her spirit is very much in this.

“It would have been her birthday on Sunday (24.09.06), so it’s very appropriate.”

Paul, 64, claims the tribute makes people cry even when they don’t know what it’s about.

He told Britain’s Sunday Times Culture magazine: “I’ve played it to people and said nothing, and I’ve seen them welling up. It’s an amazing phenomenon – how chords can be so sad.”

Paul has also revealed he is coping well his split from second wife Heather Mills.

He said: “I’m doing fine. I’m enjoying music. It’s something that sustains me.”

Kate Moss was reunited with lover Pete Doherty when he left rehab yesterday (26.09.06).

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that a US TV network could axe a proposed primetime Madonna concert special – because of her controversial mock crucifixion.

Bosses at NBC are yet to decide whether to air a performance from her ‘Confessions’ tour in which she performs while suspended on a giant cross wearing a crown of thorns.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have set up their own charity to help tackle extreme poverty and the spread of AIDS.

The Jolie/Pitt Foundation has already given $1 million to the Global Action for Children and another $1 million to Doctors Without Borders.

A spokesman for the couple, Trevor Neilson, explained: "Angelina and Brad are committed to using their resources to help the world's most vulnerable people.

"These two organizations are focusing on crises that receive far too little attention and Angelina and Brad are happy to do their part to help."

The US director for Global Action for Children, Jennifer Delaney, says the donations will make a big difference.

Seventy three year-old Country singer Willie Nelson has been charged with drug possession.
Marijuana and magic mushrooms were found on Nelson's tour bus during a routine police inspection in Louisiana.
State police spokesman Willie Williams said the bus was stopped early on Monday morning (18.09.06) near Lafayette.
He added: "When the door was opened and the trooper began to speak to the driver, he smelled the strong odour of marijuana. There was no trouble whatsoever. They were all cooperative."
Police seized 0.7kg of marijuana and 91grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Whitney’s spokesperson, Nancy Seltzer, confirmed: “She has filed for divorce from Bobby Brown. “We’re saying she filed for divorce because that is Whitney's intent.” Whitney, 43, and Bobby, 39, tied the knot in the grounds of her five acre, $11 million mansion in New Jersey on July 18 1992. Divorce proceedings are expected to get underway next month.

The split comes just months after it was alleged Whitney – who has a 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with Bobby - was addicted to crack cocaine and living in squalor.

The pop diva - whose once stunning looks have apparently been ravaged by her addiction - reportedly holes up at seedy crack dens for weeks at a time, indulging in her habit.

Robbie Williams's former manager is demanding he remove a song from his new album - just weeks before it hits the shelves.

Ex-Take That manager Nigel Martin-Smith - who claims he made Robbie a star by plucking him from obscurity to be in the phenomenally successful boy band - is so furious with the vicious lyrics on Robbie’s track 'The 90s' he has threatened to take him to court if he does not remove the offending material.

Movie bosses are locked in a fierce bidding war for the film rights to the 18-year-old’s eight-year ordeal and are determined to land ‘The Black Dahlia’ star to play the lead.

Natascha was kidnapped on her way to school in Vienna in 1998 and held prisoner in a concrete cellar by 44-year-old Wolfgang Prikopil, who committed suicide by throwing himself under a train after her recent escape.

The young girl amazed the world with her story when she gave an interview on Austrian TV, and Hollywood studio chiefs believe the incredible saga could be both a critical and box office success.

During her interview, Natascha seemingly tried to defend her kidnapper, saying that although she was desperate to escape his clutches, he treated her well and they shared a “tender relationship”. She even attended his funeral.

Natascha earned £800,000 for her TV appearance, which she has pledged to use to buy a home and formally educate herself.

Her agent, Dietman Ecker, has revealed she has been approached by over 30 “big and internationally known” film companies and has been offered up to £1 million for the film rights to her amazing story.

Steve Irwin fans have allegedly been have been killing stingrays in a series of revenge attacks for his death.

At least ten dead fish – several with their venomous barbed tails hacked off – were discovered on beaches in the eastern state of Queensland, Australia.

Wildlife conservation experts believe the slaughter is a backlash over the death of the TV star, who died after a stingray’s barb pierced his chest last Monday (04.09.06).

Michael Hornby, who runs Irwin’s conservation group the Wildlife Warrior fund, said: “We are disgusted and disappointed that people would take this sort of action to hurt wildlife.

“It may be some sort of retribution, or it may be fear from certain individuals, or it may be just another callous act. That’s the last thing Steve would want.”

Shortly after the wildlife expert’s death, it was suggested that Irwin’s attempt to save his own life by tearing the stingray barb out of his own chest was probably what killed him.

Stingrays, dubbed the ‘pussycats of the sea’, are usually placid creatures and only attack in self-defence.

Irwin's death is only the third stingray fatality in Australian waters.

The family of the late wildlife expert – who was killed, aged 44, by a stingray while filming near the Great Barrier Reef on Monday (04.09.06) - have turned down the Australian government’s “generous offer” of a State funeral.
Irwin will instead be laid to rest by his family and closest friends in a humble ceremony.
A public memorial service will be held soon after at the Irwin family’s 25 hectare Australia Zoo, in Brisbane, or at a nearby 52,000 capacity sports stadium.
Following the TV star’s death, tributes from thousands of fans worldwide have been pouring in and donations to Irwin’s wildlife charities have significantly increased.
His fans have been saddened by revelations that his attempt to save his own life by tearing the stingray barb from his chest was probably what killed him.
Video footage of Irwin’s last moments revealed that pulling the ray's barbed tail from his heart increased the damage caused by his injury.
Bryan Fry, from Melbourne University’s venom research unit, said: "To pull the barb out would have taken a lot of force and could do more damage.
“The serrations mean it would not slide out like a knife and pulling it out could have caused more tissue damage."

Collecting the prize, Monkeys frontman Alex Turner said: "Thanks a lot. We won because we made the best album and the judges agreed with us. Normally it doesn't go to a band that has sold so many records, to be blunt.
"Our album is just full of good tunes. There are too many people trying to do too many things."
The band, who received a cheque for £20,000 as part of the prize, said they will give the cash to charity.

Sting has demanded that a fishing hut half a mile from his British mansion be bulldozed because it is spoiling his view.
The former Police singer has reported the tiny riverside hut to the local council for being put up without planning permission saying he feels it ruins the view from his bedroom window.
A spokesman for Sting, real name Gordon Summer, said: "I can confirm that Sting has objected. This is a commercial venture by a multi-millionaire property developer, built without planning consent in an area of outstanding natural beauty, which is also a site of special scientific interest."

Steve - who was renowned for his daredevil antics on his 'Crocodile Hunter' TV series - hit the headlines in 2004 after he was caught holding baby Bob, who was just one month old at the time, while he fed crocodiles.
