Galvanising Petsure’s position as one of the UK’s most inclusive and trusted providers, we capitalised on the UK’s love of and pride in their pets by deploy influencers and talent to hook audience and drive brand fame and consumer engagement.
To do so we created and launched the first ever ‘Pet Paralympics’, The Petsure Games; a Cruft’s style agility course for dogs of all abilities at the 2021 Bath and West Show with legendary commentator Henry Blofeld and celebrity Vet Dr Scott Miller on hand to guide pets through the day.
From designing the course to engaging with pet influencers and celebrities, we created a fun, engaging, positive news story that would both fit Petsure’s ‘underdog’ personality and create shareable to content to drive consumer awareness.
The Petsure Games resulted in 164 pieces of coverage, 10 Broadcast interviews, 17 Nationals and week-on-week comparison transactions increased by 200%, site visits increased by 92%, complete quotes increased by 156%.
